Can I change my online order after I confirmed the order?
Yes, forward your e-mail confirmation explaining the changes to CustomerService@NothingFeelsBetter.com immediately. You will receive a second confirmation with your changes if the order has not been shipped.

When I receive an e-mail confirmation, does that constitute an acceptance of my order?
Your receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. NothingFeelsBetter reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Customer Service department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

NothingFeelsBetter only charges sales tax for orders shipped within California. Sales taxes are automatically computed based on items purchased during checkout.
